- "Service" refers to luxury vehicle rental services provided by Tessera Motors
- "User" means any person accessing our website or using our services
- "Vehicle" includes all automobiles in our collection
- "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions
2. Use of Services
Users must:
- Be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license
- Have at least 2 years of driving experience
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain vehicle confidentiality and security
- Comply with all Singapore traffic laws and regulations
3. Vehicle Usage
Users agree to:
- Operate vehicles safely and lawfully
- Not use vehicles for commercial purposes without authorization
- Report any accidents or damage immediately
- Return vehicles in the same condition as received
- Pay for any damage caused during rental period
4. Payments and Fees
Payment terms include:
- Payment due at time of booking or as agreed
- Security deposit required for all rentals
- Additional charges for excess mileage or late returns
- Damage charges as assessed and documented
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made with appropriate notice as specified in your booking confirmation. Refund eligibility depends on timing of cancellation.
6. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an "as is" basis. We maintain appropriate coverage but users assume responsibility for their use of vehicles. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in Singapore courts.
